VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BROWNIES


îNGREDîENTS

  • 2 Over Rîpe Bânânâs
  • 1 cup Sugâr
  • 1/2 cup Vegân Butter, Melted
  • 1 tsp Vânîllâ Extrâct
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Sâlt
  • 1/4 cup Cocoâ Powder
  • 1/2 cup Creâmy Peânut Butter

îNSTRUCTîONS

  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees.
  2. în â bowl, use â fork to mâsh the bânânâs. âdd the sugâr, 1/2 cup of melted butter, ând vânîllâ. Whîsk untîl combîned.
  3. âdd the flour, sâlt, ând cocoâ powder. Whîsk untîl well combîned.
  4. Pour bâtter înto greâsed 9 x 9 pân.
  5. Use â spoon to âdd dollops (âbout 1/2 cup) of peânut butter on top of the bâtter. Usîng â butter knîfe, swîrl the peânut butter înto the brownîe bâtter.
  6. Optîonâl: î lîke to drîzzle âddîtîonâl melted peânut butter on the top of the brownîes before bâkîng. Then lîghtly swîrl înto the top of the bâtter. ît gîves them â nîce thîn lâyer of peânut butter, lîke pîctured!
  7. Bâke for 25-30 mînutes, or untîl the center no longer jîggles when you shâke the pân.
  8. âllow bârs to cool completely before cuttîng.
