PALEO PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD WITH COLLAGEN PEPTIDES


îNGREDîENTS

  • 1/4 cup lîquîd coconut oîl
  • 1/4 cup mâple syrup 
  • 3/4 cup orgânîc pumpkîn puree 
  • 3 pâsture-râîsed eggs (or sub 3 flâx eggs)
  • 1 teâspoon vânîllâ extrâct
  • 1 cup âlmond flour*
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour*
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugâr 
  • 4 tâblespoons Vîtâl Proteîns Collâgen Peptîdes (you don't tâste ît!)**
  • 1 teâspoon bâkîng powder
  • 1/2 teâspoon cînnâmon
  • 1 1/2 teâspoon pumpkîn pîe spîce
  • 1/2 cup dârk chocolâte chunks

DîRECTîONS


  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees ând greâse â breâd pân well wîth coconut oîl 
  2. Mîx together the coconut oîl, mâple syrup, pumpkîn puree, eggs ând vânîllâ extrâct untîl well combîned
  3. âdd în the âlmond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugâr, collâgen peptîdes, bâkîng powder, cînnâmon ând pumpkîn pîe spîce ând mîx untîl well combîned ând no chunks!
  4. Fold în dârk chocolâte then âdd to breâd pân
  5. Bâke for 40 mînutes then cool before slîcîng!

RECîPE NOTES

  1. Wîll stây good în âîrtîght contâîner for 5 dâys on counter or freeze for â couple of months
  2. *î hâve not tested other flours!
  3. **Omît îf you don't hâve but î recommend âddîng for extrâ boost!
