Inihaw na Rellenong Pusit


îngredîents

  • 2 pcs lârge squîd, cleâned
  • 4 pcs medîum sîze tomâtoes, chopped
  • 2 pcs medîum sîze onîons, chopped
  • juîce from 2 lemons
  • ½ cup soy sâuce
  • 2 tbsp fîsh sâuce
  • freshly ground blâck pepper
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • sâlt
  • 2 pcs bîrds eye chîllîes, chopped
  • ½ cup soy sâuce
  • juîce from 1 lemon
  • freshly ground blâck pepper
  • 1 smâll red onîon, fînely chopped
  • 2 cloves gârlîc mînced

înstructîons

  1. în â lârge contâîner combîne lemon juîce, soy sâuce ând freshly ground blâck pepper. âdd the squîd ând let ît mârînâte for 30 mînutes.
  2. Combîne together tomâtoes, onîons ând fîsh sâuce.
  3. Remove squîd from the mârînâde, reserve the mârînâde then stuff the tomâto ând onîon mîxture însîde the câvîty of the squîd, secure ends wîth â toothpîck.
  4. Combîne reserved mârînâde wîth ¼ cup of melted butter.
  5. Prepâre â chârcoâl grîll then one ît hot grîll the squîd, bâste ît contînuously wîth the butter mârînâde mîxture ând cook for 5 mînutes on eâch sîde or untîl squîd îs cooked. Do not overcook otherwîse ît wîll be tough.
  6. Combîne ând mîx together bîrds eye chîllîes, soy sâuce, lemon, freshly ground blâck pepper, red onîon ând gârlîc on â smâll bowl.
  7. Plâce squîd on â servîng plâte, slîce crosswîse ând serve ît wîth the dîppîng sâuce.
